Welcome to Bates Auto Detailing LLC. By booking any service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to protect both you and our business and to ensure a smooth and professional experience for everyone.

Bates Auto Detailing LLC is a mobile service based in Florida. We offer detailing services seven days a week, depending on availability. Service areas may vary, and additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our primary service zone. We reserve the right to decline service if your location is inaccessible or outside of our operational range.

All services require an appointment. We do our best to be flexible, but peak times may book up quickly.

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellations. This allows us to accommodate other clients and avoid lost time.

Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a $50 fee.

If we arrive and are unable to complete the job due to customer absence, unprepared vehicle, or inaccessible location, a $100 no-show fee will be charged.

As a mobile detailing business, weather conditions directly affect our ability to perform services. In the event of rain, extreme heat, or hazardous weather, we may need to reschedule your appointment. We will contact you promptly and find a suitable time to return at no additional charge.

We expect vehicles to be in reasonably accessible and safe condition before we begin.

Please notify us in advance of any sensitive areas, damage, or aftermarket parts that need special care.

Excessive pet hair, mold, biohazard cleanup, or other extreme conditions may incur additional charges.

Bates Auto Detailing LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions.

Full payment is due at the time of service.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or other agreed-upon payment methods.

Prices are based on vehicle size and condition. Any price adjustments will be discussed before service begins.

Refunds are not offered once a service is completed, but we’re always happy to correct issues if contacted within 24 hours.

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you’re not satisfied with the results, please let us know within 24 hours so we can return and make it right. After this time period, additional touch-ups or rework may be subject to a fee.

We are fully insured to protect both our team and your vehicle.

Bates Auto Detailing LLC is not responsible for valuables left inside the vehicle. Please remove all personal items prior to your appointment.

We take every precaution to avoid damage but are not liable for issues resulting from manufacturer defects, poorly maintained vehicles, or previously damaged areas.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason, including:

– Unsafe working environments

– Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior

– Conditions that present a health or safety risk

– Situations beyond our control

These terms may be updated at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services means you accept the latest version of these terms.
